They sanded my red oak to bare wood, stained, sealed and finished with 2 coats of Bona High Traffic HD 2-part floor finish. All very professionally done with no sanding marks and no damage to existing molding. The stain matched my existing floors so no awkward mismatch of color. All in all - would hire them again.
