I had a great experience with Gorsegner. They repaired and refinished about 300sq feet of hardwood floors in our new home. The crew was very professional and neat and the finished floors were gorgeous. Dan and the main office had great commutation and responsiveness. We had a lot of construction in the house after the initial refinishing and damage was done to one room. Thiago did us a huge favor on a Saturday and spent the day fixing the floor of the entire room to make sure it was done before our furniture was delivered. We were so happy with their work we hired them to refinish our wooden stained garage door as well and it turned out beautiful.

I have always used Gorsegner Brothers for my hardwood floors. After a flood in the house I only considered them to replace, sand, stain, and finish the floors. They did a great job replacing floors and matching the stain and finish to the existing floors. They provide excellent workmanship and their workers are very professional. They came when they said they would, were responsive to all requests, kept to their schedule, and we were exceedingly happy. Travis also gave me excellent recommendations for the construction work, JR Lacey, and paint, Joe Caprio with Precise Painting. I will only ever use Gorsegner again in the future. Thanks guys!

Gorsegner Brothers did an AMAZING job sanding and staining the floors in my 101 year old house!! They were in really rough shape, but they worked a miracle and they look BRAND new! The repair that they completed in one of the bedrooms was seamless; you don't even notice it! We discovered hardwoods buried under layers of other flooring in the kitchen. When I asked Travis what he thought about trying to refinish them, with years of adhesives and layers, he was honest and recommended we not spend the money on it because he couldn't guarantee the outcome. That honesty and professionalism is SO appreciated, and another reason why I highly recommend Gorsegner's! I can't leave out the office staff; the level of communication was top notch!!

I wanted to take a moment to write a review for this company as I had them help me with an extensive flooring project a few months ago. Initially I had hired them for a "simple" sanding and staining job. Unfortunately, they discovered substantial structural damage under the master bedroom floor which resulted in a complete rebuild of the underlying floor joists and subfloor, as well as reinstall of hardwood flooring. Several days turned into a multiple week and much more costly endeavor, but everyone involved made it a seamless and smooth project. The ease of scheduling was one of my favorite parts; not to mention the absolutely gorgeous final product that I am obsessed with. As I have further flooring work to be done - which is inevitable in my fixer upper recently purchased home - I am looking forward to working with Gorsegner Brothers again!

I'm reconstructing a house and found hardwood under the old carpet. This wood had accumulated stains and scuffs through the years; not too pretty. After removing walls and creating new openings, I also had a few areas that needed new planks and transitions. The best decision I made was calling you guys. The process was seamless and the end product was amazing. Almost every single stain is now undetectable, and the areas where walls once existed and there was no hardwood, you seamlessly blended and no one can tell otherwise. Gorsegner Brothers did two jobs for us, and we are incredibly pleased with the results of both. First, they installed new floors in an addition; the work was spotless and they exceeded our expectations. The second job - refinishing 125 year old floors - was amazing. The floors look new again. We went from a very dark color to very light. You'd never know they were ever dark. There was very little dust. I am very happy that I selected Dan and his company to sand, refinish and stain our floors. Very professional, from front desk, working with Dan, and the gentlemen who redid our floors. I wasn't sure which color stain I should pick, but the workers helped me decide which stain color would look best with our furniture. I did not have to clean dust, the men left our house spotless. I also replaced our entire hallway, installed hardwood. The crew matched the stain perfectly leading into our primary bedroom, which they also sanded, refinished and stained. Gorsegner Brothers just completed maintenance on our floors in kitchen area. Again, very happy with the outcome.
